About me :)
I was born and raised in Boise, ID and currently attend Boise State University. I started my photography journey in 2023 with no experience, starting with my grandpa’s old film camera. Little did I know, it would turn into a new passion of mine. There is so much beauty in being able to capture the uniqueness and personality of each individual. I shoot on both film and digital, although film is where it’s at (iykyk). From portraits to couples to graduation sessions, I cover it all.
Besides taking photos, I love traveling (I travel for photoshoots!) and being outdoors. You can probably catch me climbing some cool rocks, sipping on a iced coffee or reading a good book! I also love spending time with my family and friends. They are my biggest supporters and the ones who continuously push me to pursue and achieve my goals.
I used to be super shy and always felt awkward around others. After starting my photography journey, it pushed me far out of my comfort zone, opening up opportunities I would have never gotten to experience without it. I’m still awkward (aren’t we all?) and can be a hermit once in a while but I’ve grown to love meeting and connecting with new people. I didn’t realize how much connection matters to me. Whether it’s talking with a client or a passing conversation with a stranger, each interaction has built my confidence and shaped my perspective.
All that to say, GET COMFORTABLE WITH BEING UNCOMFORTABLE!
